It’s day 4 of our 12 Gifts of Christmas competition, and today’s reveal is MADE FOR DRINK!
Made for Drink make delicious snacks that pair effortlessly with drinks. They tap into a diversity of historically overlooked drinking cultures from around the globe that can help redefine snacking in the UK. They produce artisan snacks that taste amazing utilizing only best-in-class ingredients sourced from passionate, local producers. Their snacks are all cooked in-house, simply, slowly and with immense pride, courtesy of their small batch, purpose-built Berkshire kitchen.
They have contributed two packets of each of their four snacks: tapas-inspired Chorizo Thins perfect for rioja; crispy Duck Fritons, made for IPA and inspired by a French delicacy; Mangalitza Salami Chips, gently roasted Hungarian Salami designed for Pilsner and their new 100% plant-based Patagones, or Plantain Chips, which should be eaten alongside rum.
Made for Drink have also recently launched a Devon-bred, free-range duck fat brand, and have provided two jars of Spud Tub, which makes perfectly crispy roast potatoes, ideal for your Christmas dinner.
‘We believe that real, simple food has the power to bring people together in moments of shared warmth and joy. We love what we do and are very happy to help share that love within our rural community this Christmas.’Dan Featherstone
