This award will focusing on the contribution of a dynamic, passionate and visionary leader, we will recognise an enterprising individual who has achieved sustained levels of growth and financial performance by developing a culture of inclusivity, ethical business operation, innovation and exemplary market knowledge.
The winning individual will be able to clearly demonstrate the following:
• That his or her leadership was instrumental in the establishment, operation and ongoing success of the business
• Clear Identification of a compelling market opportunity
• Exceptional vision and effective leadership to realise the opportunity identified
• Development of staff and resources to optimise the opportunity
• Strong commercial performance and financial results • Significant growth or expansion with plans for sustained growth

Following a degree in Law and Japanese, Emma joined international accounting firm Arthur Andersen. In 2000, bitten by the dot.com bug, Emma left the firm to start her first business, Techlocate. The experience of starting, growing and selling a business from a home base gave Emma the idea for Enterprise Nation which was launched in 2006 as the home business website.

Crwst is a micro-bakery based in Pembrokeshire at a home kitchen. Crwst Co-owners are Welsh couple, Catrin & Osian Jones, born and bred in West Wales! By ‘micro’ we mean a relatively small production with a one-man baker (Osian). We proudly produce handmade real bread and seasonal bakes all from home. We are very passionate about making everything from scratch and to a high quality standard.
